How to Apply

Applications are now being accepted for Fall 2010

Applications and supplemental materials for the HMP Executive Master's program should be submitted via SOPHAS (Schools of Public Health Application Service). GRE or GMAT test scores should be sent electronically to UM SPH. (M.P.H. and M.H.S.A. applicants are not required to submit additional hard copies of transcripts, etc. to the Admissions Office.)

UM SPH applications are not complete without the following:

• Statement of Purpose
• 3 Letters of Recommendation
• Test Scores

Letters of recommendation for applicants in the Executive Master's Program should include, if possible, at least one letter from a former instructor. A letter of support from the applicant's current employer is also helpful. However, it is acceptable for all three letters of recommendation to be from professional contacts.

The next cohort will start on August 12, 2010. There is no set deadline for applying for admission. Review of applications begins in January 2010 and continues until the class is filled.
